Thanks. Also, some major typo on OP's post:
attrib +h +r -s %Public%Desktop /S /D should be
attrib +h +r -s %Public%\Desktop /S /D

Can't see all public folders
I have a handful of folders that I have moved into Public Documents on my W7 machine. All but two of them can be seen from Shared Documents on my XP3 machine. I have compared Properties between folders that can be seen and those that can't, to no avail. I can't see any differences. Any thoughts...
