Brink, would this apply to logging in too?

For example I have 4 User Accounts:

Administrator - For tasks I couldn't do on my Account
    Main Account - General account
Normal User - Will use this for Security reasons - So the virus has less permissions
Guest User - For guests, ofc.

By the time it takes me to login and type a password would that add to the time. Nothing too serious, just wondering?

Well, I got 70 seconds, had to click the User and type a Password and for some reason it takes like 15 seconds for my User to actually login :/

Only Startup Apps = Comodo Firewall/MSE

Yep, it includes the complete restart time from when Windows shutsdown to when Windows starts with you logged in.

    Why not use Bootracer?

Just download, install, restart via bootracer and it will tell you shut down and logon time (without logging in time)

Because this doesn't require a download and it does it automatically, BootRacer you need to manually Restart which gives inaccurate results.

The main point was just to compare scores with the same method, and at that time it was with a VBS script. :) And thus we do... Lol.

Which actually reminds me... I haven't run this one in a while. *mental note* I should do that sometime.

Hum my Samsung is fast to password then it dies on the welcome screen the original run was 171 secs and now as in the pic

Don't know what the go is as I have all of Shawn's optimise things set up

As an afterthought my tester with an M4 is twice as fast as the Sandy Bridge - it has a Q9650 on an Intel DG43NB board 32bit 7 Home 4GB RAM whereas I have 16GB RAM in the SB.
