I'm still pretty sure Macrium only rewrites the partition table insofar as is necessary to have the just-restored partition(s) show up correctly, but without affecting existing partitions on the disk that were not affected by the restore. So yeah, in a way we're both right - and wrong.
Hi Wolfgang. Glad to see you updated to V5. The only problem I have is the audio is almost non-existent.
I am really sorry Keith. For some people the audio seems to work fine, others have the same problem as you. Try the same version on Vimeo. Maybe that works better: Macrium V5.0 on Vimeo
Keith, I have added a link to my download site on the bottom of the tutotial page. Download the original .wmv file from there and let me know whether that works or not.
As far as I can tell, most people do not have that audio problem. So I do not know what to say.
Thank you for the compliments. But with the accent I am always immediately being spotted as someone from someplace else. My adult kids who grew up for years in the US and in France do not have this problem. I guess when you are very young, you assume the right intonation more easily.
