    i thought i might add it since some people do use firefox and use disk clean up, for me i use ccleaner more options and cleans temp files at start up.

    Are you remembering to leave the DOS window open while the cleanup runs?

    Hello Pcfan,

    You may have just made a typo in the command. If you haven't already see if Copying and Pasting the command in the command prompt may work better. Be sure that you leave the command prompt open while using the extended Disk Cleanup.
