Thanks guys, I was able to get it working, but is there any other way to avoid the UAC Prompt without task scheduler?

Hello Rob,

Not for running elevated programs at startup.

Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. just takes a little learning

I have done this for many programs that I run and its easier to do something repeatedly if it is consistent. thus why I said to make a folder for them and link to them from your desktop/startmenu/taskbar/etc.

I am really sorry guys if i am bothering you.
But i have one script that does the same.
all you have to do is write the full path of the .exe you want to launch.
And it also looks really simple

Quote:
start "" "Full Path Of .exe"
For example

Quote:
start "" "D:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.exe"
start "" "D:\Program Files (x86)\RocketDock\RocketDock.exe"
start "" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe"

Hello Akshat,

It's no bother at all. The more suggestion the better.

The method you posted is the way that I've always used as well.
