    Maybe I'm just missing something obvious, but I'm finding it a bit difficult to find tutorials for Win7 Installation. Even doing a search is not real conclusive.

    Can a *Windows 7 Installation* Category Icon be added?

    This is going to be a much sought after tutorial topic in the coming days and weeks.

    Saw a new post yesterday asking if there is a *New Comers Welcome Guide*!
    No replies pointed to one. This is a good idea.

    If there is one, can you tell me where I can find it.

    Hi Brink,

    Is it possible to get a *Windows 7 Installation* Category Icon added?
    This will help the new members to find it easier, and allow some self help.

    Thanks

    Currently they are all in "General Tips", but it would mess up the category icon section alignment to add just one more icon.

    Also under:
    C = "Clean Install"
    D = "Dual boot"
    U = "Upgrade Install"

    OK,

    I'll see if I can think of another one that will be most relevant

    If you don't think it's necessary, I understand, just a suggestion.

    Thanks

    Edit:
    I'm using a wide screen style, so it looks like there is lots of space.

    Maybe rename to: General Tips and Installation?

    How do I add images into my tutorial? The Insert button appears to place them all at the bottom. Do I need to post them to photobucket 1st or similar, or???

    Once you have uploaded the attachments you will need to insert them into the tutorial via the paperclip button.

    John, Shawn.

    Great idea thanks. Bookmark added

    I do agree with Doc that if there were some way to expand the search Index it would let us find them more quickly.

    Yes, I figured it out Saturday night while working on my tutorial... nice that you can upload all of them and then pick when and where in tutorial you wish to insert! I look forward to creating another tutorial when the need arises!

    Hi Shawn,

    No tutorial on Windows Fax and Scan?

    I copied the faxes from my vista ultimate Windows Fax and Scan inbox and sent items to their respective folders in the windows 7 fax and scan but the sent items do not show and the inbox items are listed as unallocated item or as welcome to fax and scan.

    Could use some help here.
