    Folder Images on domain workstations

Satisfactory on domain workstations running Windows 7 now. It was so easy with Windows 2000.
The master copy has install.bat run by Administrator which adds "Ave's FolderBG" to HKLM \Software... etc keys and installs and registers the vistaFolderBackground.dll as well as changing the admin HKCU keys.
The Default user is edited so that the script to alter the HKCU keys is run once the first time a new user logs in. This seems to be ok. We mainly use it for special folders e.g. DropBox folders on the server to show instructions etc. together with a common background image. These load as mapped drives to the workstations. We load the image file and the desktop.ini to these special folders with a vbscript. Users can't see or alter the image or desktop.ini files in these folders as they don't have the permissions and they are hidden and read-only.

Just an update, this no longer works in Windows 7.

Also after uninstallation, you cannot delete its folder as windows will claim it's in use, which means it wasn't uninstalled at all.
