Hello John,

That is normal. Some antivirus or firewall programs may detect SF Diagnostic Tool as a Trojan. It's just a False positive because the publisher is unknown. There is nothing to worry about as the SF Diagnostic Tool is 100% safe and will not harm your computer.

Sure, you could run it as often as you like to generate these reports to help troubleshoot whatever it may be helpful with.

Are you running the program on your desktop, and does your Windows 7 drive have the C letter assigned to it?

I went ahead and contacted the developer Shyam to take a look when he can to see what the issue may be as well.
From desktop, I also have tried running it from My Document or other random directories, seems to produce the same result though.

Yes, I have two hardisk installed on my computer, the primary is C, and the other one is D.

Thank you , hope to get feedback about it soon, since I need help regarding BSoD.

Oh no worries, I have formatted and reinstall my windows and all of my games seems to run fine at first, but the problem happened again, at least only once though..

Tried running SF, and still got the first message after pressing the 'Grab All' button, but right now, it runs and manage to complete the process.

I have compiled it here, and hope you guys can analyze it. Thanks.

Not working for me

I run as admin, click grab all, and I first get the warning to run as admin, then I get the below error. Something about cannot find \\desktop

Windows is installed on c:\, Users on d:\ . I've tried running it from both.

Thanks
