It should work unless some system service is stopped. In that case go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy the files from there and create a new thread and upload it. Someone should assist you shortly

Umm, which four of the eight are considered Diagnosis? I'm sure it pretty obvious but sometimes I cannot see the obvious.

I'm sorry I updated the Tool forgot to update the instructions. You have to run all 8 options
