Hello eXaphor, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Did you right click on the downloaded SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe file and click on Run as administrator first?

Sorry eXaphor, but your screenshots are not working. Could you upload and post them again?

That error indicates that you didn't right click on the program's exe file and clicked on "Run as administrator". Please be sure that you did.

Do you have UAC turned on to at least the default level?

Yes, I'm sure I have clicked that option (and 'Yes' when prompted to), also, my UAC is at Default level.

    Tried several times now though..

Haven't noticed this app before and just tried to load it and get a warning that tis kind of file could harm my computer - would this be my Kaspersky putting this up?

Plus if I can downland it is this something one can run as a routine random check?

Are you running the program on your desktop, and does your Windows 7 drive have the C letter assigned to it?

I went ahead and contacted the developer Shyam to take a look when he can to see what the issue may be as well.
