SF zip file is not on my desktop...................where is it?

I wonder why the main "Diagnostics Tool Window" freeze over the window that are mentioned as "Direct X Log file Copies succesfully". Itīs now impossible to reach the "Diagnostics Tools" process where I am supposed to press "OK" each time a process is finished.
The only thing to get away with this is to press CTRL ALT DEL and end the "Diagnostics Tool Window" that way! But I guess that was not your intention when creating this tool which probably is a great one if you are able to follow the whole process without listening to this "ping" sound everytime the mouse reach itīs UI design!
How am I supposed to get through the whole process?
Regards
Jack
Thereīs no such thing as a file named "SF_DD_MM_YYYY" at my desktop, what am I doing wrong? During the whole process a lot of files with information is saved on my computer. But the file SF_DD_MM_YYYY just isnīt there. What happens?

(6. You will now have a folder saved on your Desktop with the name of SF_DD_MM_YYYY (SF_day_month_year) that includes the information from each button in the tool.)
Ok! Since I couldnīt find the SD Diagnostic Tool result file after the processes were made I decided to look them up one by one, save them and zip them before sending. Was this a good idea that can help you to help me finding my way out of all these Bluescreens. One strange thing is that the Bluescreen only appears when I render a 3D-scene with Lightwave 3D!
Who owns SF Diagnostic Tool? Could they fix it so the results file is placed on the Desktop?
I'm not sure why you are having the problem, I just ran the tool from the desktop and it put the file on my desktop.
Are you running the file from the desktop as instructed in step 2?
