Yes, I have the "DontRefresh" key value set to 0 in the registry, however, this does not explain why it only works for all network shares only; by logic, it should work everywhere.

I can't explain it either. Odd.

    Hello John, and welcome.

The download links are still valid for me.

As a test, right click on the download button, and click on "Open in new tab" or "Open in new window" to see if it may download then.

This works just fine, but how do I get the icons to snap back next to each other rather than leafing an empty space on a row an icon came from? Or if you drag and drop an icon from the second row of an explorer window into the first row (within a large icon view) where the icons on the end of the first row land up at the beginning of the second row of icons while still remaining within the chosen boarders of that explorer window that I am in? Where the icons do not simply push past the edge or boarders of the explorer file window, and where changing the size of the window automatically repositions all icons within the boarders of the explorer window without losing the random order of the disabled auto-arrange feature. This would be like moving icons on an iPhone. The icons all reposition themselves depending on the order in which you place the apps, or when moving icons around on a full homescreen of an Android pushes the other icons around? I once found a .bat or .reg file that did this for me but now I cannot find this solution, so I know it can be done!
