Windows Explorer Auto Arrange - Disable

It's just that wlpg is supposed to be feeding so to speak from the win-7 (my pictures) location,
Your fix or edit pretty much dissolved that default reading place from wlpg,
If that makes any sense ?
Also are you saying that any folders that exist in the my c user name pictures location and in my pictures location would have to be renamed just because win-7 library system lists these folders.
Your disclaimer of not working for win-7 libraries has me a bit confused, because the library system mirrors my user name location as far as folder names...
I am a fan :)
But alot of this is way over my head.

For the most part most of the listing in win-7 libraries have been removed except for the (my) default places, public is in the favorites links section, no shared listings.

Wlpg reads my folders, all default listing remain intact,
If I open one the amount of locations it shows is 1 not 3 as the default win-7 library system includes, If i right click and restore default libraries, I will be back to 3 locations.
This was one of my concerns,
Your pictures are pretty small, but I see you are navigating directly to username location from the computer listing on the folders tree,
This is the perplexing part about why the libraries system will not reflect the username location, even if you might use disk cleanup to rebuild the thumbnails cache,
I haven't deleted any folders in my username location/ nor have I renamed any,
That was actually one of my questions, because the username location mirrors the library system, I get they are a bunch of pointers.
But what I'm getting is that I simply ignoring or collapsing the library systems listings and go to the computer listing to my username,
Folder arrangement isn't a big issue for me, I've gotten used to naming folders accordingly and files inside them, but dragging the files would make it easier to arrange them,
The easiest way to get to username files is to click the start button, and click my username, would this still reflect the auto arrange disabled method you have created.
I can also add username folders to the desktop through personalize,
Would either of these pointers reflect the changes to auto arrange.
Sorry to be difficult and I'm sure your thinking WTF by now.

I was just looking for an easier way to get to my username folders, besides going through the navigation pane or folders tree from the computer listing on it which is quite long with all of the optional locations listed on it,
Start menu username listing is as straight forward as it gets :)

thanx for your app, it looked great and very useful considering it's a bugbear to not be able to arrange icons!

my probs were that I followed your easy instructions (thanx!),, but on restarting, couldn't open the Desktop Gadgets folder of shortcut. Zip, nothing, nada!

so reset computer back for this morning (sys restore), and they'all back again, .. (so I like my desktop gadgest, so what?!!)

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know, ... so I'm figuring I'll just have to simply order files, eg files in order of songs for burning cd's, using letters of the alphabet at the beginning of the song name, eg: aThe Secret of Life, bThe Captian etc.

Sorry it didn't work for me, but many kudos for solving a really annoying (another one!) Microsoft overlook!

Sorry I wasn't so clear. Ok, so after installing the app, everything seemed to be working fine, then I noticed that my closck, ram dials, weather app (I know, I could stick my head out the window, right?), and calender all had disappeared. so ten I go to the desktop gadgets shortcut, and tried the control panel, but cliscking as many times as you want didn't open the folder for these. Just refused to open. Tried the uninstall directions, no change, so just re-set comp for the day before. All back again.
