    It just means that your time zone doesn't use Daylight Saving. That's all. :)

    i'm trying to do a repair inside of the timezone list, because it has disappeared all countries and its timezone since weeks, only i can seing the central time canada" youve some help for me, please my buddies.

    the list can be fixed throught regedit for example:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation

    StandardBias REG_DWORD 0x0

    but i need this complete .REG from someone friendly who can cooperatively upload this list
