Update - Firefox 4.0 & 5.0

Firefox 4.0 & 5.0 seems to use the same system as Firefox 3.6.

The setup procedure uses the same dialogue boxes. :)

Firefox 5.0 includes a new feature, "Tell web sites I do not want to be tracked".
