    Hi Sir,
    Happy New Year!

I don't think you should disable any fans at all. Now a days people try to install extra coolers/fans to their systems. I am surprised why you want to kill those internal/close fans. They are probably specific to certain parts. They live closer to them & do a good work to keep them cool while case fans maintain overall temperature. So, i think they are actually helping the case fans to approach deeply & keep everything cool.
Though It seems surprising that you are having 4-5 internal fans. I would like to ask did you add those fans on your own or they came with the parts ?
If they came with parts, I feel that the close fans will be doing something that even case fans would fail. They will suck & throw the heat out of the parts. That's essential even if you are having powerful case fans. I think they will keep them clean as well. I know only that much.

    Thanks & Regards. ...

I haven't that's why I'm asking why those are set to no. And as I stated my fans are currently running.
