    When I had 95, it was an OEM. Days like these I'd like to have a copy of 95 to virtualize...

    Do you get any HD (virtual) activity? I've just installed again and it went straight through, although it 'stopped responding' on the final reboot

    What hardware are you using? It could be that Windows 95 doesn't get on with something.

    Try changing the OS type to Windows 95, i made a mistake before (although it still installed) and the Windows 95 OS setting worked too. Also, I have increased my memory to 128MB just for some give

    Did you get the screen during install where it asks about network and sound? Did you tick those?

    Yeah, but i had the sound set up as Soundblaster 16 not ICH AC97.

    Yeah Ive just changed mine to 16. But its still hanging.

    Windows 95 is known to run but there has been limited testing on it, according to VirtualBox Supported Host and Guest Operating Systems - Virtuatopia
