Can VMWare WS 7 & VSphere Run In Overcloked?

Hi my I7 930 processor is overclocked to 3.4 and wondering if I can still install VM Workstation 7 and VSphere or ESX whilst in overclocked settings.

Hi Nzastudios, welcome to the forum

I doubt it would make a difference, just as long as the CPU supports Virtualisation.

I used VM Ware (Standard version) and Microsoft Virtual PC with My Q9550 overclocked to 3.40ghz and never had an issue.

Thanks Lucky! I will def install then as I checked with Intel Identification utility and I do support Virtualisation
