    office 2002


    I have my own copy of windows office 2002 that I used on my old XP machine. I only really use it for word processing so I dont want to have to fork out £180 for office 2010. Ive installed it in the virtual version of xp and it works very well. I dont want to have to start up the xp emulator, then run word, so how can I add a shortcut on my windows 7 (64 bit) desktop that runs word in my virtual version of xp ?

    Hello Misuk,

    If you installed Office 2002 in a Windows XP Mode VM with Windows Virtual PC, then it should have added a shortcut in your Windows 7 Start Menu under Windows XP Mode automatically. See step 17 in the tutorial below for more details on this.
