You simply need hardware that supports HAV, hardware-assisted virtualization.

To test if your computer supports HAV, you can download for instance this: Microsoft Hardware-Assisted Virtualization Detection Tool and run it:

Upgrade your hardware to support HAV.

Other than that, I am not willing to explain this more. Reason can be found for instance here.

From your screenshot, I see that you have downloaded VMWare Player....not the workstation product. The VMWare Player application is the free application...while workstation is a paid for product.

I'll tell you right up front..even if you get OSX working, it's so slow that it's pretty much unusable. In other words..I really wouldn't waste my time trying to get it to work.

yeah the screen shot is the vmware player but I actually downloaded the workstation one as well. for some people that have windows 7 I see they have Mac OS on their computer. Even though it slow is their away to fix this?

Look into Hackintosh. Not going to give you any advice as this violates the EULA and is considered piracy.

But remember, in the end, I suggested not wasting the time going down this path. I'm sure you will find in the end it's a ton of work for such a small reward.

If you want to really run OSX, just do yourself a favor and buy a MAC.
