What CPU or what model of PC do you have? You can use HWInfo32 from HWiNFO & HWiNFO32 - Hardware Information and Analysis Tools to find out. Though to be honest, echoing what others have said here, trying to run Mac OS X in a VM is going to be painfully slow.
I seen some people run Mac with vmware and it was working great. I will check my CPU right now.
I know that you can run Windows XP Mode without having the Hardware Virtualiztion because they came out with software driven, but if your planning on running VMware... You may have no choice, but to have hard ware that supports virtualization.
You could run Tiger on 32-bit last I checked. Leopard and Snow Leopard require the hardware assisted virtualization as there are 64-bit components within those versions of Mac OS X. I understand that Apple is allowing VMware to develop a way to run Mac OS X Server virtualized but I don't know if they require a Mac as a pre-requisite for that.
Checking your CPU, it seems it should support hardware assisted virtualization and you need to enable it in the BIOS as the earlier post where you showed the results you got from the scanner from Microsoft. Depending on your motherboard, the process to enable it differs but essentials you would be looking that refers to Hardware Vt or AMD-V or something like that. If you provide the model of the motherboard you have or the PC you have, we may be able to tell you how to enable this in the BIOS.
Alright Well My MotherBoard is an Acer F690GVM (Socket AM2 )
What model of Acer PC do you have and is it a desktop or laptop? I was thinking this was a white box build but if it's from a major manufacturer, that may be the reason why hardware virtualization is not available as usually the BIOS provided by one of the top tier manufacturers is somewhat limited.
My Computer is a desktop and the Acer Model I have is Aspire M5100. Here is the link of the picture I have provided.

Without VT - there is no (satisfactory) way to get it to work. I tried many workarounds to get OSX guest running on my non VT-X Acer machine and bottom line is it just doesn't work.
But your CPU supports virtualization... and, at work, on my office Windows 7 machine with VT-x enabled, I have a Hackintosh OSX running in VirtualBox very successfullyIt works really good, so good in fact that I was suprised how much time Iactually spend on it! I have many Mac specific programs installed, including Office for Mac 2008 and Adobe CS5.
So, if you can get the VT enabled in your BIOS, you should be able to achieve what you are looking for.
well that's the problem , that I cant find the option to enable virtualization. you can take a look for yourself. Please add me on messenger because its been a month I been trying to solve this problem.I will send you messages of my hotmail.
