    Cannot install a program in XP Mode, Remote Desktop Error


    Hi

    I apologise if this has already been asked and solved. I am trying to install a program in XP Mode and every time I try to run the setup.exe I get the following error message;

    "The Windows Installer does not permit installation from a remote desktop connection"

    Please can you advise if there is a way around this issue

    Solved the problem just had to copy the installer from a shared drive on to a drive in the the virtual pc
