Kinda-slow?

I think it needs to be pointed out, Virtual PC is not made for those of us who use Virtual Computer on a regular bases. Virtual PC is there for Joe Average who knows squat about computers. Would you rather teach Joe to use Virtual Box or VMware *. Or would you rather teach Joe to click on an application icon in the start menu that loads XP Mode? Of course I am talking in the context of a business environment.

Virtual PC is not competing with any other vendors, Microsoft is not making it a competing alternative. They rather you look as Hyper-V.

Eh? Is there a reason why you need to be so hostile? Clearly I must of hit a nerve or something? Since you seem to know it all, maybe you should educate us? Why is Virtual PC crap?

I'm perfectly happen with Virtual PC and Windows XP mode being included and available on Windows 7. But for performance reasons and compatibility reasons with other non MS operating systems, I choose to not use it. However, I still strive to find ways to improve it and make it a better experience to support the people who do use it.

I just wish that the "free license" to use Windows XP when I bought Windows 7 Pro, Enterprise or Ultimate...was not limited to having to use the ms virtualization product. But it is and that's just the way that it's going to be.
