Help enabling virtualization in BIOS

I have a EVGA nForce 590 SLI AMD mobo and I am trying to enable virtualization to run Windows XP Mode. I cannot seem to find the option anywhere in the menu. The BIOS is a Phoenix BIOS if that helps any clues would be appreciated.

I just ran SecurAble and found out that "Hardware Virtualization" is locked off. Anyone know how I can turn it back on? I heard If It's on it would give me better performance. Thank you for your help, John
