WindowsXPMode_en-us.exe file pre-installed in win7-64 bit computers

is the WindowsXPMode_en-us.exe file (around 400mb) pre-installed in win7-64 bit computers.
(for virtual xp mode in 64-bit systems)

No, that file is not pre-installed in W7 64bit systems.

And please stop making new threads for every little question that can easily be handled under your original XP Mode thread. You risk getting banned.

Windows 7 home premium x64

You have to download the files from MS, you also need a version of 7 that is Pro or above. You can't get it for home premium, only for the more expensive OS, bit of a poor do in my estimation still there it is.
