How do I enable virtualization in my Lenovo machine?

My Operating System is W-7 Pro and I want to install XP Mode and I believe I need a Virtual Disk.
Microsoft's HAV Detection Tool said virtualization was not enabled in my BIOS so I need to fix that.
My machine is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M Series.
After powering up, the following do not give access to the BIOS:
Ctrl+ Alt + F3
Ctrl + Alt + Ins
F1 + F2
Does anyone know how to access the BIOS in this machine?
According to the Registry Key this computer has Lenovo BIOS Version 5JKT55AUS.
How to enable virtualization is another question, but first I want to get into the BIOS.

This is the best forum I've ever used, in that it is the most responsive and knowledgeable!
Thank you

Try the delete key to access the bios, although the latest version of Microsoft xp mode should not require Virtualization to be enabled in the bios.
