USB 2.0 printer not seen

    USB 2.0 printer not seen


    I have win7 as guest with VirtualBox, with LinuxMint 17 as host. I have a Samsung ML1860 USB printer not seen by win7. It sees my USB mouse, however. MB: M5A78L-M. Some idea please?

    Hello jaca mate I suspect you have tried but have you downloaded the latest driver for that printer? If not try this Samsung ML-1860 Mono Laser Printer ypu will see a few options and well it is worth a try.

    In the meantime I got that driver, also changed printer no another USB port. Everything worked out. Thanks

    That's good then and just in case you might need this is where you will find the drivers for the USB stuff if things go bung up again it might be just need updating that driver for the USB stuff.
