I'm currently not able to use virtual machines requiring VT-x, despite having enabled this feature in the BIOS. I think I need to disable Hyper-Vis., but there is no option to do this in the 'Turn Windows features On or Off' menu. What other way can I do this?

Hyper-V has never been available for Windows 7 OS, even if your processor/chipset/BIOS supports virtualisation. Hyper-V is only available on Windows 8 and 10 machines. So whatever the problem you are facing with VT-x and Virtual Box, Hyper-V is not really your issue.

I thought it was Hyper-V because Windows 10 on a VM for instance, it would mention Hyper-V Para... in the acceleration section!

It's still a problem that I can't use VT-x(thus no Win10,64bit), so.. any ideas? I may need to change the thread title.

I don't fully understand what you mean, when you say that you cannot use VT-x - please explain. In order for us to help you, can you provide more information about the problem.
