Virtualization problem when trying using Andriod Emulators

I have a problem with the Andriod Emulators, the problem is when i trying to use them it give me a BSOD, the problem started this past monday, i was using de Andriod Emulators Nox Player, but like at 10 minutes of using it gave me the BSOD, and for me that was weird beacuse it was working fine on sunday. Because of that i decided to re-install windows 7 and did that i updated completely the OS and also the Drivers, i also updated the BIOS, but the problem still happen. I already made a Virus and a Malware Scan and nothing appear, i also did a test to see is a have a faulty RAM Memory sticks but they working fine, i checked if was the disk with the CrystalDiskinfo.exe but also the HDD is fine, i also tried other Emulators after re-installing the OS like Memu and Blustacks and the same problem happen. Finally a checked the BIOS if the Virtualization option called SVM for the AMD processors was Enabled and was Enabled. After that i read that in order to the virtualization process works correctly you also have to enable the option IOMMU in the BIOS, i did that but after that the drivers of the whole column of the PCI Devices disappear, but this happen only when i Enabled the IOMMU option after Disabling the IOMMU all the drivers of the PCI column reappear and all was working fine. I aksing for help beacuse i hit a wall already with this, i will appreaciate the help.

Before coming to asking in the Virtualization sub forum i asked in the BSOD Help and Support sub forum this is the thread: BSOD when using Andriod Emulator Nox Player

Thank's for reading this and i will appreciate any help regarding this problem.
