incompatible help

    You're using 32bit, and then you say BUT your full version came with 32 and 64, that's fine which did you install and did you upgrade or clean install. Just a couple of very important questions.

    WEre all your programs there after the install?
    If yes that is an upgrade

    Did you have to reinstall games etc?

    Yes that is a clean or custom install.

    no i had to reinstall all my programs. do you what me to try to do a clean install again? to see if that will help.

    If you reinstalled your programs, you did either a clean or custom install. For our purposes it does not make any difference. What I want you to do is this. Go to your computer icon, right click and see if you have 32 bit or 64 bit.

    Then I want you to find out if the programs are 32 or 64 bit and if they are compatible with your Bit. Look at the CD or the sleeve that it came in. When you get this information we go to the next step. If you have the time and the patience, I do too. I want this to work.

    Hi Marty! Yes, all versions of Windows 7 that are Professional or Ultimate include XP Mode.
