Cant install vmware workstation

Hello everyone,

I'm using windows 7 ultimate x64.
When i try to install vmware workstation, an error occures like following :

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

At first i thougt, it is about firewall and disabled both windows and antivirus firewall but it didn't help. I read couple forums but none of them was useful.

So, any help is appreciated !

i have other problem to istall vmware and finally i find this page but i 'mnot sure it's helping but you can try it maybe it's usefull see this link : "Setup has detected other programs running" error message when you are installing Works Suite wish it helps you
