Welcome to the Seven Forums!
Windows Virtual PC is a separate download that Pro users can get free from Microsoft's website, on this page.
and Windows Virtual PC - Create Virtual Machine

You need to download XP Mode, Virtual PC and XP Mode Update and install
Download Windows XP Mode
Select the OS and Language first, then you will see the downloads
Just to clarify Gladson's post above, the XP Mode update is not needed if your computer supports hardware assisted virtualization.
You don't need HAV (Hardware Assisted Virtualization) to run XP Mode.
Windows XP Mode continues to use hardware virtualization such as Intel Virtualization Technology (Intel® VT) or the AMD-V™ chipset when available but it no longer requires them.
Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP Mode no longer require HAV processors - Windows Virtual PC - Site Home - TechNet Blogs
Nice...I didn't realize the HAV requirement was changed.
thanks guys or in the unlikely event girls
Your welcome James. It is avalible and free to use. I have it and use it sometimes. Good luck to you with your xp mode install.
