Your log is OK.

None of previous suggestion help?

This error relate rather to issue with BITS service

it would be

-service is corrupted
-some 3p software i.e security software, download accelerators disturb BITS service

1.Disable firewall,antivirus
2.Scan your system by using Malwarebytes Malwarebytes
3.Unistall completely 3p security software (firewall, antivirus, antispyware) and download accelerators if you have

If none of previous suggestions help then probably you have corrupted BITS service and it must be fixed. In this case download & run VistaSysInfoTool

(select all in this tool) and log attache to post

Open regedit (Start>>Search>>regedit) and check permissions for these keys:

Permissions should be following (for all keys):

Administrators,SYSTEM (full control,all checked)

anywhere you have different settings you have to correct it + restart

To check permission right click on key>>properties>>permissions

//additional helpful links:

Folder Permissions - Vista Forums

Take Ownership of file - Vista Forums

If permissions are OK and still you have this problem then import this fix to registry +restart
