    Upgrading dilemma

I currently have a 32-bit Windows 7 Home premium with my new TOSHIBA QOSMIO. Can I upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate without losing registration information (windows activation)?

As a side question, this laptop was bought in Thailand. It has a shining mark on its back saying (TOSHIBA SINGAPORE PTE LTD Authorized Sales). What does that indicate?

You will have to buy a new key and activate, again. The cost about 150 USD.
