Well, if you are sure your windows is genuine try the method B in this article.

Also, run a sfc scan to fix possibly corrupted system files.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Also, please load that mgadiag report I mentioned in my earlier post.

Most Windows Vista drivers can be used on Windows 7 Systems.

Theres nothing obviously wrong in that mgadiag report. See if contacting MS in alternate ways can put you in contact with somebody better.

I tried several times by phone. Se activa, iar dupa restart se dezactiva. poate e o problema de hardware dar nu-mi dau seama care.

They enable and disable it after restart. Is it a hardware problem but I can not tell which.

Hi, I'm Duong and I'm from VietNam. Oh, I'm using Asus X58C, too. But I don't have its driver with Windows 7 Home Premium. I used DriverPak Solution 11 to insall drivers. But it say "update BIOS", and my BIOS version is 208, on support Asus , the lastest version is 208 too! Should I update?

Dear Dcotan, can I backup and upload for me the "driver Asus X58C-your PC"? Thanh you!

Please start a NEW thread of your own, and detail YOUR problem.
This thread is over a year old - and should ba allowed to die a decent death.
If you're having a problem with Activation or Validation, please include an MGADiag report in your new thread....

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
    - **in your own thread**, please
Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine, but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
