Windows could not be turned on...

I am not sure that this should be in system security,if so,an admin/mod can move it.

I am recieving a pop up with an icon which hase 2 keys stating that "Windows could not be turned on"

Here is an atachement with the window that turns up when I click the icon.

Check this out: Error message when you try to activate Windows Vista Enterprise, Windows Vista Business, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008: "Code 0x8007232b"

a friend bought windows 7 enterprise from metro,he offered to install it since i had vista and it worked hard...
Metro is a megamarket which hase a tech-related side
P.S. i'm not such a big fan of windows instalation and such,i like coding and learning coding languages ex java,html,c++ etc... so i don't actualy know how to make a winsows work good,i just use it...
