Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit

It appears that even the built-in administrator account has the Important Updates section greyed out, but your help was much appreciated.

11-14-2008 This will crate a new account in your computer with all possible privileges. Its essy than reinstallation, you can try. :) I hope it solves your problem.
