    older updates


    When i perform a disc clean; there are lots of older updates from microsoft updates; on my disc. Can I delete these older updates,or do i need to keep them,if this is the case, how much space do all these old updates take, thanx in advance for help with this issue thanx rob.

    I, for one, do not understand exactly what your question is. Perhaps one of the other members will be able to understand it. I mean no disrespect, but if you would break up your post into sentences with the correct punctuation marks, it would be easier to understand.

    Windows Disk Cleanup- Size of files is shown. most temp files can be removed. I would leave the Error logs alone.
    Disk Cleanup - Open and Use

    This will rid you of SP1 temp files if not already shown above.
    Windows 7 SP1 Disk Cleanup Tool

    I do not recommend third party cleaners.
    You might remove something you need and the result can be reinstalling Windows.
