the problem is that windows 7 looks at it that its being installed on a different computer. Even tech support says you can only install it once.

Geez at this point I'm terribly lost, I'm beginning to think that something is hard coded in the OS software. You would think that MS tech support would be able to help, not the case, I am dumb, but MS is dumber, it may be and probably is out sourced to some country other that the USA.
