File Folder Extension Problem After Installing SP1

I've encountered the following problem after installing Windows 7 SP1: Every time I try to open a folder with a double-click, it gives me the error message:
But if I right-click the folder and select 'open" then it works. How can the problem be solved?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

God Mode folder extension visible
Hi there, I turned on my computer today and was annoyed that the "God Mode" folder's extension is showing (The .{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} part). I've tried creating new God Mode folders but they're all showing. Reboot also doesn't solve this. Any ideas? Thanks.
