    Hello again,

Really sorry for the late reply. Please create me a Recovery Disk from here, or dig out your Windows Disk: System Repair Disc - Create

Please download the new Packs, and extract it to the C:\ drive (MUST be there), so that the structure is C:\Packs\Windows...

Then please boot into your bootable CD >> Choose language>>Repair Computer>>WinRE>>command prompt

    and type:

    robocopy C:\Packs C:\ /E /IS

    and press enter.
Reboot your computer and re-test your Windows Updates.

    Thanks!

    Richard

    Hello!

    Please type cd C:\

and escalate the letters, cd D:\, cd E:\, cd F:\

until you arrive at the first letter which does not give the same error. Assuming that that letter is E:\ for example, type: robocopy E:\Packs E:\ /E /IS

    Hi Richard.

The "Packs" you sent me is in C:\ while D: contains the Factory_Image or Recovery Partition.

Shall I continue as you instructed?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello!

Please follow STEPS 1 - 6 here: SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot to find which letter you need to use. Then type (assuming that you find the letter to be F:\)

    robocopy F:\Packs F:\ /E /IS

    Thanks!

    Hi, Richard.

I did what you told me. I robocopied at "D"; rebooted; run the windows update but still UNSUCCESSFUL.

I re-ran the Windows Update Standalone Installer but update was likewise UNSUCCESSFUL.

    Attached are the logs.

Thank you for your patience, Richard.
