Which standalone file am I supposed to download?

After doing a clean install and updating everything on a Windows 7 Pro x64 system I tried to install SP1 and it got about 20% of the way downloaded and just hung. Makes me really nervous, so I'd prefer to download the complete standalone. I went to the site recommended, clicked "continue" and then entered the validation code, but I can't figure out which of the files I'm supposed to download. It looks like some of them are French and some Czech? Is that what the CHK means? FRE means French? There's also a big Wave1 DVD ISO. Is that what I'm supposed to download? Finally there are some files that begin with 6.1 but I assume those are for Vista, right? Why isn't there a more straightforward link? This SP1 update is driving me nuts.

Never mind. The Windows Update file eventually downloaded and SP1 installed! Those file names are kinda cryptic, though. I figured the Wave1 DVD probably included some installer in order to pick the right version of SP1, including the languages.

    Hello Freewheeling,

In your case, you would want to download and install the windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe file. :)

    Hope this helps,
