buggy internet after win 7 home premium x64 service pack 1

first of all i had allot of trouble installing service pack 1 but after finaly instaling it everything went great, at least thats what i thought..

    Online video streaming
now when i try watching a streaming video (youtube for example) it stops every 10 seconds (its like my internet cuts off so the video stops loading) and i have to foward it a little so it can load another 10 seconds.

File Downloads (megaupload, rapidshare, mediafire, torrents including when using a download manager)
When i try downloading something, you know like anything besides streaming, after a little while the download just stops it can be half way or anywhere in the download. and i have to start it again because i cant resume it and thus i can never download anything because this happens 100% of the time. The only time i havent seen it do this is with a windows update but i dont know if it automaticaly resumes downloads.

Buggy internet web browsing and messed up facebook games.
i have a 6mbs internet connection before the update i used to take full advantage of my bandwitch but now when i do anything like, go to google for example. it sometimes responds emediatley like it should but sometimes it just halts and i have to press enter again and again untill it goes to the page and everything that involves web browsinghas the same problem.

in over all for me the service pack 1 is a no go i cant see one thing that it fixed, at least thats what i think. now i cant even play my favorite facbook game because of this and now i even get an error on facebook that says im signed in on multiple machines O.o maby the update did some bizzar things to my conection and duped it.

anyways i hope some one can help me soon U.u

If you can download the most recent version of your network/wireless card drivers, I would do that. SP1 contained majority already released updates. There really wasn't anything new besides a few non-network tweaks (at least to my recollection).

Also, please try to ping (Start > type CMD in search bar > Enter) your router "ping your.routers.ip.address -n 10", a Web site of your choice "ping Google -n 10" for example, and do a traceroute on a Web site "tracert www.google.com" for example. If you can copy and paste what the results were, that would help me, personally, a lot.

    Thanks!
