Swapping Laptops.

Hi all, i have seached for hours but have been unable to find an answer to my exact scenario.
i have just bought a new laptop that came pre installed with Win7 Home Prem (64). My old laptop has Win7 Pro (32). (Retail upgrade from Vista.)
here is what i want to do....

i would like to install Win7 HP on my old laptop (after format) and give it to my Wife, and install Win7 Pro (64) on my new laptop.

can i just use the key from my Pro disc to do an anywhere upgrade on my new laptop????
Can i then use the disc and the Key from my new laptop to install home on my old laptop??

Any suggestions of advice greatly appreciated.
Regards Wayne

These are probably Mfg OEM versions that are linked directly to the MB of each computer and therfore cannot be moved to another computer.

Yes, the one that came pre-installed is tied to that computer & MB

The best deal out there now is Win7 Home Premium Upgrade Family 3-pack on Amazon and buy.com, which includes 3 licenses for life for less than the price of one.
