Windows 7 Service Pack 1 update error 800b0100

My hard disk got corrupted and I had to reinstall windows on a new hdd...I tried numerous times to install SP1 via update or as a downloaded stand alone installer... Please find attached log file error message I got is as above...Thanks in advance!

I tried to do window update for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB976932) but several times it fails and i get Code 800B0100 Phil ps. I've included CBS.zip but I left out 2 files named CbsPersist_20130515203233 and CbsPersist_20130515231501 due to file size limit
