Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. SP1.

* Often error 80070005, ‘Access Denied,’ is caused by the security software running on your computer.
You can try turning all off and try the updates again.
Note: Please make sure that you turn everything on once you finish running the

* The error code 80070005 can also mean that you do not have enough permission to install updates.
