Windows 7 Home Premium N from Starter N

Hello guys, not sure if i got yo the right place, but i have just purchased a new PC, and Wndows 7, but when it's arived it's apprears to be an Upgrade version from Windows & Premium N from Starter N, does it mean i can't install any Windows with this version unless i already have Starter or it still will work? appreciate you answer

Are you saying it doesn't have an OS on it right now?
