Our Samsung Laptop computer is attempting to install some windows 7 updates, and has been hung up for a few hours, with the screen reading "Do not power off or unplug your computer, installing 3 of 11 updates". What can I do to resolve this problem?
I am hesitant to tell you to turn off the computer and see if you can restart.
But, looks like you don't have another choice.

Note : make sure you pick the Win 7 for operating system and right bit-level. ( One for 32-bit, one for 64-bit ).
