For an OEM system, deactivation after a bios update would point to a modded bios being used earlier. However, you have not filed up your system specs. Please run this tool, click Continue, click Copy, then paste the results here or paste into notepad and upload the text file.

Your log seems OK. Try reentering the key carefully. If it doesnt work, the easiest option would be to use phone activation.

    Activate Windows 7 by Phone

The Pakistan activation center phone number is (92) (21) 11167 4357 in case phone activation makes a fuss.

Unfortunately, Faisal, Microsoft will not offer support for OEM products.

Their argument is that as the OEM software is heavily discounted, support must be provided by the manufacturer.

If it is a self-build computer with an OEM operating system, support rests with yourself i.e. up the creek without a paddle as we say here. :)

hmm!! thats terrifying. I have built the system my self and installed seperatly purchased softwareIt. That should mean phone support on a given country number is the only way for help ?

can the reactivation problem be solved by reverting to old bios which was installed before the update ?

OK, lets try something. Follow the steps below to recreate the licensing store.

    1) Click the Start button
    2) Type: CMD.exe in the start search field
    3) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator
    4) Type: net stop sppsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
    5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
    6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
    7) Type: slui
    8) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You likely be asked to re-enter your product key and/or re-activate.

Obviously its being seen by MS's activation servers as in use or something, only MS can unblock it so you'll need to speak to a real human being. I guess you'll have to twiddle your thumbs awhile for the activation, but you can use the computer without any problems.
