You could tryin the Start >Search box for starters.Code:%Logs%
Right click on any entry, and open or open CMD window here.
You could also tryCode:C:\PerfLogs
I did not use the search in the Explorer window I used the Start >search box.
When, if at any time have you Indexed your machine? Index - Rebuild
